Judul : KREATIVITAS DOSEN Pedoman Bagi Pengelola Perguruan Tinggi Vokasi

Abstrak :
Era revolusi industri 4.0 yang saat ini sudah kita masuki, menuntut berbagai perubahan terhadap tatanan kehidupan manusia. Otomatisasi menjadi salah satu ciri di era ini, dimana beberapa jenis pekerjaan terutama pekerjaan yang berbentuk pengulangan akan tergantikan oleh mesin dan robot (Gambar 1). Gaya hidup masyarakat yang berubah sangat dinamis akibat penggunaan internet serta kemajuan teknologi komunikasi yang berkembang sangat pesat telah merubah pola pikir dan pola kerja manusia. Berbagai penyesuaian mesti dilakukan dengan cepat oleh manusia khususnya bagi tenaga kerja agar dapat beradaptasi dan mengikuti perubahan yang sangat cepat ini.
