Judul : DETEKSI DAGING DAN LEMAK BABI DALAM DAGING CAMPURAN DENGAN KROMATOGRAFI GAS
Abstrak :

In moslem country, use of pork and lard in beef and mutton mixture are unused. Because of that it must use on of method fot analysis concentration of pork and lard in beef mixture under in 5% left. 11.14 Eicosadienoic and is only detected in pork and lard but detected on beef and mutton. For that this Eicosaclienoic acid can use for parameter for found concentration of pork and lard. Method that was used for found Eicosadienoic acid as gas chromatography. Result of chromatography analysis show that Eicosadienoic acid still detect on 1% mixture of pork on beef and mutton mixture. On than 1% mixture Eicosadienoic acid that can detect is 0.1%.
