Judul : KEINOVATIFAN GURU DITINJAU DARI LOCUS OF CONTROL DAN LITERASI INFORMASI

Abstrak :
ABSTRACT

This research was conducted to find out the correlation between teacher locus of contrl and information literacy on teacher innovativeness in private teacher in Cicurug Subdistrict Sukabumi Regency. The number of samples in this study were 104 respondents taken with Proportinal Random Sampling technique. The method used is survey and data analysis techniques using statistical test of correlation and multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing performed at the level of significance 0,05. The result of this research is positive and highly significant correlation coefficient (ry1) 0.524 (a= 0,01). and regression equation is Y = 80,48 + 0,469X1. Secondly, there is a very significant possitive relationship between information literacy and teacher innovativeness. this is shown by the correlation coefficient ry2 0,516 (a=0,01) and regression equation that is Y = 107,63 + 1,42X2. Third, there is a positive and very significant relationship between locus of control and information literacy together with teacher innovativeness with correlation coefficient of ry12 = 0,58 ( a= 0,01) and regression equation Y = 80,01 + 0,3X1 + 0,87X2. Based on these results, the implication of the research is that teacher innovativeness can be improved through increasing locus of control and information literacy.
