Judul : Tertib Hukum, Demokrasi dan Negara Hukum

Abstrak :
The concept of law historical roots in the strunggle for upholding democracy, because it is the sense of law is often used as one term, namely the concept of a democratic constitutional state. In simple terms, in the state law that no citizn is above the law and therefore all citizens should abide by the law Equality before the law (equality before the law), is among the state elements in the tradition of Anglo-Saxon law (Rule of law), which is the recognized as universal values. The values of equality and justice are closely related to the la enforcement process, which is nothing but an instrument in the concept of practical ditataran state law. Accordance with the law enforcement community a sense af fairness with due regard to legal certainty in each individual citizen is an expression of democratic values in a democratic country.
