abstract
The aim of this research is to investigate the correlation between principal leadership and organization climate with teacher's job Satisfaction. Research methode used is survey wit correlation approac. The numbers of samples in the research are 114 teachers of Public Junior High Schools in Cibinong Subdistrict and the samples are selected using proportionalrandom sampling technique. The hypothesis to be exaqmined are, 1) there is positive correlation between Principal Leadership with Teachers Job Satisfaction, 2) there is positive correlation etween Organization Climate with Teacher's Job Satisfaction, 3) there is positive correlation between Principal leadership and organization Climate with teacher's Job Satisfaction. The result of this research are, 1) there is positive and significant correlation between Principal Leadership (X1) with Teacher's job Satisfaction (Y) which means that Principal Leadership contribute about 26.1% to the Teacher's Job Satisfaction. 2) there is positive and significant correlation between Organization Climate (X2) with Teacher's Job satisfaction (Y) which means Organization Climate contribute about 31.8% to the teacher's Job Satisfaction. 3) there is positive and significant correlation between principal Leadership (X1) and organization Climate (X2) altogether with teacher's job Satisfaction (Y) which means Prinsipal Leadership and Organization Climate altogether contribute about 40.6% to the Teacher's Job Satisfaction.
