Judul	:	Efektivitas Regulasi Bencana NonAlam COVID-19 terhadap Pelaksanaan Pilkada Serentak Tahun 2020
Abstrak	:	Abstract One of the reasons for the explosion of the Covid-19 pandemic was the postponement of the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Election stages for 3 months. Initially the implementation of the 2020 Simultaneous Pilkada was to be held on 23 September 2020, postponed to 9 December 2020 with the issuance of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2020 Concerning the Third Amendment to Law Number 1 of 2015 concerning Stipulation of Government Regulation in lieu of Law Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents and Mayors, became Law. This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of the Covid-19 Non-Natural Disaster Regulations on the Implementation of the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Elections. The results of the study show that the Regulations for the implementation of the 2020 Simultaneous Regional Elections during the Covid-19 Pandemic have maximized the prevention of new clusters of the spread of Covid-19 by inserting health protocols in every rule, from laws to regulations regulated by election organizers in the implementation of regional elections. Together in 2020. Basically the Regulations have clearly and specifically regulated up to the technical realm. It's just that there is public awareness, especially election participants who still don't pay attention to the health protocols that have been implemented basedon applicable regulations, as well as the firmness of those implementing the task of tackling the spread of Covid-19 which are considered to be still not optimal, and sometimes the executors themselves are violating regulations applicable.
