Judul	:	Segmentation and Positioning of Lecturers in the Department of Computer Science at Pakuan University Based on Student Assessment
Abstrak	:	Segmentation, targetting and positioning are three things that are inseparable from the marketing process. The classic approach that has been implemented is a separate analysis between segmentation and positioning. DeSarbo et al. (2008) proposed the Clusterwise Bilinear Spatial Multidimensional Scaling Model (CBSMSM) for simultaneous analysis between segmentation and positioning. This analysis will be applied in terms of selecting supervisors in terms of making scientific papers in the Computer Science department of Pakuan University. This application aims to make a match between students and lecturers based on the various attributes that exist. So that there is no accumulation of the number of students in only a few lecturers. In terms of achieving research objectives, an optimization process is used using the Alternating Least Square (ALS) algorithm. The software used for this analysis is the R language. The results obtained are in the form of a model that depicts student segments, attributes and lecturers simultaneously in a picture. In this model, the results of the student segments and the positioning of the lecturers will be analyzed simultaneously on the attributes that exist in each segment. Specifically, the form of output produced from this research is in the form of scientific publication manuscripts.
