The research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) aimed to improve learning achievment of the eleventh grade Natural Science Students of Senior High School Taruna Terpadu Bogor as many as 35 students.
The research was conducted in the second semester of academic year 2014-2015. The research process is done in two cycles. Each cycles consist of two actions and a learning achievement/result test. Each cycle applies the learning management by using model Combine DRM (discovery learning, reciprocal teaching, and mind mapping).
An improved learning achievement can be seen from the number of students who pass (reach MAC). Minimum achievement criteria (MAC) in Basic Competence (BC) is 76. Classical achievement target is 75% who have passed MAC has reached the minimum value of 76. And classical achievement is 75%. Meaning that the class is declared complete if at least 75% of students have graduated of MAC.
In the first cycle, 77.14% of students have passed MAC. In the second cycle there is an improvement of
the learning management process based on the reflective result in the first cycle. The affective assessment results also increase from an average of 92.8% to 97.8%. And based on the observation, the student enthuasiasm increased from an average of 85.94% to 88.16%.
The research has been completed in the second obtained has met the criteria of success. Based on the result above, it can be concluded that the application of the model Combine DRM (discovery learning, reciprocal teaching, and mind mapping) Can Improve Students Biology Learning Achievement in Human Reproduksi System Matery of Eleventh Grade Natural Science Students of Senior High School Taruna Terpadu Bogor.
