Judul : Develop Model of Transformational, Transactional Leadership Style, Teachers Perception and Teachers Satisfaction: Evidence from Indonesian High Schools
Abstrak :

This study aims to measure the effect of the principal's leadership style (transformational or transactional) on the job satisfaction of
senior high schools in Pati, Central Java, which is mediated by teachers' job perceptions. The data was collected through an
electronic questionnaire to 150 teachers in senior high schools. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software.
The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher satisfaction,
both directly and indirectly through mediating teacher work perceptions. Meanwhile, transactional leadership has no significant
effect on teacher satisfaction, either directly or indirectly through mediating teacher work perceptions. This new research proposes
a model to build job satisfaction for school teachers in Pati, Central Java through increasing the transformational leadership
abilities of principals with perceptions of teacher work as a mediator
