Judul : The Quality Performance Empowered by The Role of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction

Abstrak :
The study exploresthe empowerment of organizational culture and job satisfaction in increasing the senior high school Principal performance. The affordable population in this study were 146 heads of public and private high schools in East Jakarta. Asimple random samplingwas held toobtain 60 samples from an affordable population of 146schools.The result shows that the senior high school Principal performancecan be increased by empowering 79.24% of the roleof organizational cultureand job satisfaction. Principal performancestrengthens the notion that the higher score of the independent variables of organizational culture and job satisfactionasthe higher score of the quality performanceserving as the dependent variable.The high quality performance of senior high school Principals will accomplish the quality of school assessment.
