Judul : Pengaruh Perbedaan Warna Perangkap Terhadap Tangkapan Serangga Penggerek Buah Kopi (Pbko) Sebagai Bahan Ajar Metode Ilmiah Kelas X
Abstrak :

Coffee borer insects (Hypothenemus hampei) are the main pest of coffee plants. The disseminate of coffee pest is not widely known by the coffee farmer and the lack of coffee pest control methods in coffee farming can decrease the harvest for coffee farmers. This research was a experimental study. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of different color traps on the response of coffee borer insect and determine the appropriateness of the student worksheet from the results of the research that has been done. This research was conducted in February to July, 2019. This research used Analysis of Variance method with eight repetitions and four treatment. The observation data are included primary data (the number of coffee borer insects in a trap bottle) and environmental data (temperature, light index, humidity, and pH). Based on the results, the use of colors for the trap has a very significant effect on the number of coffee borer insects caught, due to Fcount > Ftable with a level of 0,05. The use of red traps produce the highest average value of 77,125 while the green traps produce the lowest average value of 11,375. The appropriateness of the student worksheet received a very valid category based on the expert validity scores with a value of 87,4% and declared worthy of use in learning.
