Judul : PRINSIP PRINSIP STRATIGRAFI
Abstrak :

Buku “Prinsip Prinsip Stratigrafi” ini disusun dengan tujuan sebagai penuntun bagi para mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan Stratigrafi pada Program Studi Teknik Geologi, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Pakuan. 

Sistematika buku ini disusun sesuai dengan satuan acara perkuliahan (SAP) mata-kuliah Stratigrafi. Bab 1 Pendahuluan, membahas tentang pengertian dan definisi stratigrafi, hubungan sratigrafi dan sedimentologi, prinsip-prinsip dasar stratigrafi, unsur-unsur stratigrafi, fosil, dan arti waktu dalam geologi; Bab 2 Sedimen dan batuan sedimen, membahas tentang lingkungan pengendapan sedimen, klasifikasi batuan sedimen, sifat sifat batuan sedimen; Bab 3 Sistem pengendapan, membahas tentang dasar-dasar analisa lingkungan pengendapan, dan pengendapan pada batuan sedimen; Bab 4 Sandi Stratigrafi Indonesia membahas tentang kaidah-kaidah dan aturan sandi stratigrafi; Bab 5 Pengukuran stratigrafi, membahas tentang metoda pengukuran stratigrafi, kolom stratigrafi, dan korelasi stratigrafi. 

Harapan penulis dengan diterbitkannya buku ini dapat melengkapi literatur yang sudah ada, terutama yang dibutuhkan oleh para mahasiswa.
