In order to maintain political stability and the ASEAN regional security and to improve the competitiveness of the region as a whole in the eyes of other countries, all it requires an international communications mastery to balance the pattern and structure of international communication, especially through the instrument of the idea of a new international information order of urgency. Indonesia through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, acting as one of the main perpetrators of international communication (official transactions), runs a number of measures that influence the position of the state they represent. Diplomacy is the bridge that can be used to merge the gap between one country to another. Through diplomacy similarly, the resolution of conflicts between countries can be done to realize the cooperation in the ASEAN region.
