Judul	:	Pendekatan Quantum Learning dalam Pembelajaran Sastra Indonesia
Abstrak	:	Abstract: This study aims at describing teaching and learning Indonesian literature toward quantum learning approach at SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong. This study focuses on three areas; (1) planning of teaching and learning Indonesian literature, (2) the application of teaching and learning Indonesian literature, (3) the evaluation of teaching and learning Indonesian literature. Qualitative method is applied in this study. Primary data is gathered from utterances and action found in observation and interview, while secondary data is collected from written archives in a form of documentation. The data is collected from observation, interview and literature review. The data is analyzed through three different steps; they are reduction, presentation and verification. Validity checking is completed through extension of participation, in depth observation, triangulation and analysis of negative case. The results of the study based on the focus of the studyare; first, planning of teaching and learning Indonesian literature using quantum learning approach is conducted at the beginning of academic year. The teachers run an evaluation meeting regarding an ongoing process, then designing teaching administration, conducting a quantum learning training for teachers and socializing quantum learning to all students monitored by quantum team. Steps in designing lesson planning; red: Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran: are based on 2013 curriculum and combined with the principles of quantum learning adopted from ’20 Langkah Operasional seorang Quantum Teacher”. Second, teaching and learning process in Indonesian literature subject toward quantum learning approach is based on designed planning, started from pre activity, whilst activity and post activity. Third; the evaluation process. The evaluation process is conducted in various ways, started form the form, the techniques and the instruments. All of them are based on desirable basic competencies, such as cognitive, affective and psychomotor.
