Abstrak	:	Indonesia is a nation which people has multi ethnics, culture and all the norms. Besides, Indonesia also as a nation which is influenced by western culture and global culture, Previously, Indonesia pluralism in multi sector become a pioneer in national awakening. This pluralism will cause disintegration damage for nation if it is not managed well, therefore an educational institutions have todo the function as and aducator by giving full attention an the similarity and the plurality of the students. Multi cultural educations in indonesia should be a choice, eventhough it is not an easy work. three fundations of holding education, which based on multi cultural can be applied in indonesia, they are equality, pluralism and tolerance. if the education which based on this multi cultural approach is full applied, so indonesia plurality in multi sector in this case as amozaic, will be enjoyed by Indonesia people from now on and so on without being disturbed by the flo of western globalization.
