Judul	:	Penguatan Kompetensi Guru SDN Julang dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus melaui Pembuatan E-LKPD Berbasis Genially
Abstrak	:	Children with special needs need a special learning approach to optimize their potential. However, many teachers have difficulty adapting teaching materials. For this reason, technologies such as Genius-based Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) can be an innovative solution. This service aims to strengthen the competence of 22 SDN Julang teachers to put together interactive and adaptable E-LKPD to support Children with special needs learning. The training involving pre-test and post-test showed an increase in teachers' understanding from an average score of 62.5 to 89.3, with an average increase of 26.8 points. In implementation, 78% of Children with special needs students who used Genial-based E-LKPD showed an improvement in their learning outcomes. Interviews with teachers and students revealed that Genially-based E-LKPD helps increase the learning interest of Children with special needs students. Teachers feel more confident using this technology, while students enjoy interactive content that suits their needs. Teachers also suggest additional features, such as audio for students with hearing impairments. Genially-based E-LKPD has been shown to improve teacher competence and Children with special needs learning outcomes at SDN Julang. This program encourages the creation of inclusive and innovative learning. Long-term implementation and advanced training are highly recommended for the program's sustainability.
